Family Room

The family room is bright and spacious and has a patio door leading directly to the pool area. It comes equipped with a TV and DVD player together with a selection of DVDs. A good quality cable TV package has also been connected, providing over 70 channels including sports and movie channels. 12' x 14'6"

Lounge

The Lounge contains a queen-sized sofa bed, two side tables with lamps and a stereo with a 3CD multi-changer stereo. 14' x 12'

Dining Room

The dining room is situated just off of the kitchen, and consists of a large dining table with 6 chairs and looks out over the pool. 9'6" x 11'

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped and contains microwave, larder fridge, cooker, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils ……we’ve tried to think of everything you might need. The kitchen also has a breakfast area that contains a table and chairs for more informal dining. Kitchen: 8'5" x 10'4"; Breakfast area: 12' x 10'

The Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and its own on-suite bathroom. It has a large walk-in closet and a patio door leading directly to the pool. Stored in the closet is a baby’s cot and high chair if you should required such items. 11'8" x 14'6" (excluding walk-in closet) and en-suite.

Bedrooms Two and Three

Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. Both rooms have large fitted wardrobes. Situated between these bedrooms is the second bathroom. Each bedroom 10'4" x 10'8".

A few extras in the garage...

The double garage has electric roller doors and a side entrance door. We have equipped it with a pool table, a table tennis table and various other games to keep you amused in the unlikely event you have an idle hour. 18' x 18'8"

The Pool

The villa has a good-sized pool with both shallow and deep ends. Pool heating is available upon request at an additional charge. Whilst in the summer months the pool heating is not a necessity, in the cooler winter months it can make swimming in the pool more pleasant. The pool area is fully caged to guard against mosquitoes and other bugs. approx 30' x 25'

Behind the Villa

Behind the house is a lake and “wet-lands” area that attracts a variety of bird life. Thus the villa has no direct rear neighbours, other than the odd heron. The views across the lake are one of the main reasons we opted to by this villa.

From the Front

The front of the villa has a lawn with assorted tropical shrubs together with a driveway which will accommodate two large cars. There is ample parking on the road for visitors as well.
